This week we have a cue word that encourages your to make cards for the boys in your life
I have little boy in my life whom i absolutely love and adore, my son Ishaan.
Here’s my take:
To make this card I first stamped this image of an adorable boy on to Nenah Solar white card stock (Copic friendly paper) with memento tuxedo black ink (Copic friendly ink) and colored with copics (you may use any alcohol markers). I then fussy cut the images with a scissors.
I then adhered the fussy cut image with dimensional double sided tape on the white card front before i finally stamped the sentiment I then adhere the whole panel to a red card base that matches with the shirt of the boy.
I hope my card inspires you to get crafting and play along with us at CASology . Just remember to keep it CAS by following the guidelines on the CASology blog.

Entering this card into a couple of challenges
Cupcake Inspiration Challenge #417
Crafty Creation Challenge #347
Lil Patch of Crafty Friends #56
Along with our friends, we recently hosted a baby shower for a dearest friend of mine at our house. I had made this card for the mommy to be and the badge for the daddy to be.
We had some fun activities planned like predicting the B’day of the baby, asking fun questions to the parents to be, doodling on the diapers – to make the parents smile while they are changing the diapers etc.
It was a lot of fun!
I am entering this card to the Just Us Girls #405 – Shower Challenge
Thanks for dropping by. I love to read your feedback so please do leave me a comment.
Have a great day!
One of my dearest friends is going to have a baby very soon. She is expecting her baby in the same month in which her birthday falls. I have seen my friend talking to her baby in the womb and i was really touched by the lovely connection. So i had this idea of making her a birthday card from her unborn baby.
We don’t know if its a boy or a girl so i used both Pink & Blue colors for the banner die- cuts with Happy Birthday message . I stamped, colored and then die-cut those cute baby clothes and added them on the card with foam squares for some dimension.
With this card i am playing along with the fun challenge at the Paper Players – challenge #355 Tic Tac Toe (Top row horizontal–Die Cut, Banner, Birthday)
By the way, whenever i play Tic-Tac-Toe in real life, i mostly start from the center of the grid. So i had to have enamel dots on my card as well.. he he he !
I am also playing along with seize the birthday challenge
I will be writing a cute message from the baby to the mommy inside the card. I can’t wait to see the smile on my friend’s face when she gets this card next month.
Thanks so much for dropping by. Have a great Day !
