VEKG8214.JPG
To make this card I stamped the image of this adorable doggy riding on its scooter.  I then colored the image with copic marker and fussy cut the image. I went around the edges of the cut image with a black marker to give it a finished look.

I then inked  up  a white card stock with some greens and die cut grass panels with it. I also stamped the sentiment on one of the grass panels.
I finally adhered the colored image of  the critter riding the scooter and the grass panels with some foam tape to add dimension. Finally I matted the entire card panel to a black cardstock before adhering it to a card base

Today i am really excited to share the projects I made using digital stamps from STAMPlorations Digital.

Here’s Project 1 : You are loved

IMG_4823.JPG

I made this card using the delicious Love/Spring Themed A2 Card Front digital stampsfrom STAMPlorations Digital Stamps.  CAn you believe this stamp set comes completely free… I would really encourage you to try out these digis by Stamplorations.

I first colored the image with copic markers and added details with prisma color pencils. I enjoyed coloring each of the elements – the rose & the cupcake. I then inked the scripty backgroud with some brown ink to make the colored images pop against the darker backgound.

To finish the card i matted it on layers of white , pink and black card stocks before adhereing to a pale blue card base.

Here’s PROJECT 2 : Hug in a mug!

IMG_4824

To make this card i first printed one of the floral arrangements from the Cupful of Blooms digital stamps  on to a cardstock and colored it using copic markers and pencil colors. This stamp set consists of 6 absolutely stunning and beutiful floral Mugs. I fussy cut the colored image and as usual  went around the edges with a black marker. Then on a stenciled background i adhered the colored image of the mug with the flowers. The stencil i used for this card is called  Just Squares stencil. Its so verstile and i am sure i will be using this one a lot many times.

For the sentiment i used the  Hug in a Mug phrase die and cut it on a black card stock. I added glossy accents to the top of the die cut to make it interesting and dimensional.

After the glossy accents dried i adhred the sentiement as well and matted the card on to a card base.

For the background, I took a card stock and stencilled a brick wall pattern in soft grey ink. I then adhered the image and stamped the sentiment in black. To finish the card, I adhered the entire card front on a red card base such that a border is formed around the white panel.
